Describe your experience in plain language
In your enquiry, say whether you have ridden before, when it was and how you felt. There is no 'right' answer: an honest description helps us discuss a suitable route and group rhythm.
If travellers in your group have different levels of experience, mention this from the start. The team can take it into account while discussing a departure instead of discovering it at the beginning of the route.
Pack practical riding layers
For the route, practicality matters more than a travel look: closed footwear with a secure sole, layered clothing, sun and wind protection, water and a small daypack. The site packing list is a starting point; every traveller remains responsible for personal medication and essentials.
Conditions can change during a day in the mountains, so bring a layer that is easy to add or remove. If something on the list is unclear, ask before booking rather than expecting to find it once you are at a yurt camp.
Ask questions before confirmation
A useful conversation early on reduces uncertainty. Ask about the day-by-day programme, approximate riding time, what is included and how availability for your dates will be confirmed.
Questions about wellbeing, comfort or limitations should be discussed with the organiser before the journey. For any condition that needs medical assessment, seek personalised advice from a qualified clinician as well.
