Getting to and from the trail

• Meet in Kuyruchuk for your first lunch. The first two days take you through Ichki Jailoo to Song-Kul; the third night is at another yurt camp in the Tuz-Ashuu summer pasture.
• The lakeside section on day 3 takes around four hours. After lunch, continue towards Tuz-Ashuu: those four hours do not represent the whole day's ride.
• After breakfast on day 4, cross Tuz-Ashuu Pass and descend to Kyzart. A farewell lunch is followed by meeting your driver for onward travel.
• This route ends in Kyzart, not Kuyruchuk. Before confirming, agree transfers, guiding language, group arrangements and expected arrival time; tell the team about your riding experience.

Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1

   Kuyruchuk Village — Ichki Jailoo

   Meet in Kuyruchuk Village for a traditional Kyrgyz lunch, then prepare the horses. Ride for over four hours along mountain trails to the remote Ichki Jailoo yurt camp. Enjoy a home-cooked dinner and your first highland night. Included: lunch, dinner and overnight stay.

2. Day 2

   Ichki Jailoo — Song-Kul Lake

   After a traditional Kyrgyz breakfast, continue on horseback across alpine pastures towards Song-Kul Lake. Lunch is served at a lakeside yurt camp, followed by time to relax and enjoy this remote alpine landscape. Traditional dinner and a yurt night beneath the stars. Included: breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight stay.

3. Day 3

   Song-Kul Lake — Tuz-Ashuu

   Continue riding along the shores of Song-Kul for around four hours, surrounded by wide mountain scenery. After lunch, travel across highland pastures to the beautiful Tuz-Ashuu summer pasture. Settle into a traditional yurt camp for a hearty home-cooked dinner and a peaceful mountain night. Included: breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight stay.

4. Day 4

   Tuz-Ashuu — Kyzart Village

   After breakfast, ride over the picturesque Tuz-Ashuu Pass and descend towards Kyzart Village. Enjoy a farewell lunch on arrival, then meet your driver for the transfer to your next destination. Included: breakfast and lunch.
